Peaceful place has worked

Well its been a while and like most folks when there is peace you just enjoy what you have. My son has come on in leaps and bounds this last 6 months. He is for the first time happy with his education and is working so well with his teacher I couldn't be prouder or happier for him. He has developed in himself and that is just a wonderful thing to see. As he is now 13 years old I am hanging on for those" teen years" that I am told can be very hard for Aspergers children! He has started a new class in civil engineering, well with his love of designing it seemed the next step for him! He has a really good teacher for this that before his retirement was a teacher in a collage teaching civil engineering so that my son really has a great chance here to learn the right way to draw before he gets lost in his way of working! The only gray cloud is the lack of friends, he really has none which leaves him bored for some of the time. I can't think a way of helping that at the moment but I am sure in time it can work out. He has adult friends here but really could do with children, as most of you know its a two edged thing, children kind of bore him but he wants them any way!
